My name is Mandeep Kaur. Since my childhood I always had the special interest in cooking. I made my first Indian food "Chapatti" at the age of 10. I learnt many delicious recipes from my grandma. I also believes that person should choose the way, which leads him/her to the happiness and satisfaction. And cooking is not only my hobby but also it is my passion. I read so many books about cooking. There was very famous quote by Indian Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, "It (cooking) is my first love and I will always have time for it!”(Akanksha, n.d.)

I believe that the creativity starts from simplicity. You can start cooking by making simple salads. Each of us has some kind of talent, only need one starting point. About two years ago, I started my own catering service "Mandeep's Food Cafe''. By the grace of God, I can cook for ten to fifteen people even on short notice. In addition to that, I am very lucky in one way that I got appreciation about my cooking not only from my family, but also from other people.
